Learn More About Me
If I could only share one thing with you about me it would be that I genuinely love people. I believe there is only one business on Planet Earth - making someone's life better. To the degree you do that, is the degree of success you have. Aside from that I'm originally from a small town in North Dakota. I spent my growing years on a farm. I currently reside in a beautiful little town called Niagara-on-the-Lake in Ontario, Canada.
Aside from that I'm interested in family and children. My wife and I have a large family and enjoy the quality times we are able to spend with our children and grandchildren. We also enjoy traveling, camping and helping orphaned children in Africa.
The best thing about having my own business is the freedom it provides to do whatever I want and to spend my time where I feel it will count the most. I have had an academic career and also was involved in several conventional companies. I learned what it means to work for someone else and be totally accountable to others. That was OK, but it didn't allow me to spend as much time as I wanted in helping other people make their life better.
For me, it all started when I retired and began looking for something I could do part time that would provide some additional income and also help build up my health. My health had begun to degenerate as I approached retirement. However, I just couldn't imagine retiring and not having something really creative to do. After retiring, I spent several weeks looking around for that "something" without a great amount of success. Then one day, after sharing with a friend what I was looking for, she said, "You need to look at this". I said "Get me some information" and, as they say, "the rest is history!" I look forward to working with you. Really.
